Gratitude                                                              September 1, 2021

What is it you are truly grateful for in your life?  Is it "stuff"?  Is it specific people?  When is the last time you took stock of what/who you're grateful for?  Gratitude is a key practice in a fulfilled life.  Notice the word practice.  Meaning something you do regularly...like on a daily basis.  If you're game, take this 30 day challenge.  Each day this month, start your day with 5 things you're grateful for in your life.  These things could be people, characteristics, and yes, even material things.  Here's my list for today to give you an example:

  •   I'm grateful for my amazing (now adult!) children, Caitlin and Samuel.

  •   I'm grateful for the energy and life force I feel in my body.

  •   I'm grateful for my positive attitude.

  •   I'm grateful for my willingness to work through challenges.

  •   I'm grateful for my friend, Lisa, whom I paint with.
